Welcome current & future Upsiders! We are Team Upside, a crew of coaches and facilitators, and we are thrilled to begin what we hope is a long and valuable relationship with you, our readers and partners.

Within this space you will find future posts surrounding all kinds of leadership and development topics to further your influence and impact in your organization and team as well as your world outside of work.

The Upside Experience is an experiential coaching and facilitation company that inspires the awesome in people and organizations.  That means that we deliver experiences that are thoughtful, inclusive, and offer connections through lived experience and wisdom.  We know that thinking different is hard, and we create a safe space to explore and inspire individuals and teams to be open and energized – creating new together.  We believe that collaboration through others is how you learn best.

We work with small to mid-size organizations, or sub-cultures within larger organizations, that are experiencing growth.  We facilitate efforts that require focused attention – whether that be individual leaders or a team of leaders.  We are experts in the people side of transformation, coaching others to be better, inspiring new ways of thinking, and designing ways to be more fulfilled humans – both professionally and personally.  We do this through intentional experiences that streamline the ability to get from here to there more quickly.

We look to use this space to express our thoughts and ideas regarding in-the-moment hot topics that leaders are dealing with right now.  Here at The Upside Experience, we believe one of the best ways to learn is from each other.  If we can create a conversation in the comments or other social media mediums about the topic at hand, we would consider that some great upside!
